Reimbursement Reversal
I commented my case regarding a reimbursement reversal on another thread and was asked by a community manager to start my own discussion in order to have my case looked at, as per the message below:
"Hi @Alpen_Unlimited, thanks so much for sharing these case numbers. In order to expedite review and make sure this doesn't get buried in the replies to this thread, can I recommend creating a new thread in the best-fitting category with the details and timelines of your cases so one of us CMs can review and share with the partner team directly?
I've opened many cases and I'm not able to get a response on why my reimbursement was reversed.

Just to confirm, were the missing units found and added back into your inventory? Typically, this is the cause of a reimbursement reversal.
If they were not found, I would recommend opening a new case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into the reasoning for this reversal. In that new case, please be sure to reference your original case ID + your reimbursement and reversal IDs.
Once you open that case, please send me the new case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide additional assistance if needed!
