Payment Not Updating

Bought shipping for roughly 150 orders about ten hours ago and payment is NOT updating. It’s never taken this long before. Cx service had to transfer my case and claim it may take three days before someone reaches out to me.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, same here. On a smaller scale. I didn’t try to set up a report yet, but I also purchased my shipping yesterday and was charged the postage but the orders do not appear.

Same here, this has been happening on and off for periods of time, but it will eventually update. Usually the latest is 4-5 hours. I did postage yesterday to schedule pickup today and ours did not update yesterday. Tried not to worry about it, came in this morning and still no change. I was charged shipping fees for the orders, but nothing else.

Honestly, reaching out to Amazon on this to ask them is like calling a random business and asking them. It would be the same help, No clue what is going on, but when I ask Amazon about anything now, I get random replies with nothing to do with my question. I have messaged them about sales not updating in the past and was received a reply that they could not remove the feedback requested???

I would like to ask them and get a little help, but in the long run all I normally get is stress and then I come to the forums and see if others are having the issue. It seems that others are, so hopefully this gets fixed. If not then I will try to contact support, but Partner Support will more than likely respond with something that has nothing to do with the issue or question asked. I will go back and forth with them for 4-5 replies and then just give up, or they will tell me that they are looking into the issue and send that same response for two weeks and then have nothing.

Hopefully this gets updated for all of us.

Same here. We shipped about 30 items yesterday and half the payment was released and the other nothing yet. We have another 40 to do today but I’m nervous since yesterday still hasn’t updated. Never takes this long.

Yes, in part. I bought shipping for all my open merchant-fulfilled orders yesterday; all but the most expensive order (~$225) have been added to my account balance. But that’s a big enough order to not see payment for that I sat up and took notice.

Was this ever resolved? Sold 10 units yesterday though FBA but my account balance was never updated. They did charge me for the fees and my balance went down! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
