Missing Browse Node - Can't Update
I launched a couple of months ago, and I didn't realize I was missing a Browse Node. I have a Parent ASIN and several Children ASINs. One has a Browse category (which isn't quite right, but close), the others have nothing. They were all uploaded in a group.
When I look at the product file template everything is listing identically. I've opened a ticket and can't get an answer on how to fix this. They just say I don't have a Browse Node. I have located a Node Name, and ID on a BTG template that offers all the categories, but I am unsure how to add it to my products. Do I add 2 columns to the spreadsheet with the ID and Name?
In addition, I found a "self-service" tool to change a product's node and it brings up 4 paths that we are discoverable in. How can we be discoverable when we don't have a browse node?
I'm really at wits end trying to figure this out and make our listings complete.
