I'm Facing a MAJOR Error in Legal Entity Name

Background of our case:

I've submitted all my documents and successfully got my tax information, business address, and name verified.

Our business legal entity name: **Sun Enterprises**

Suddenly, the legal entity name under "Business Information" has changed to something else.

The legal entity name appears incorrect under "Business Information" (Settings > Account Info > Business Information > Legal Entity).

This is what the legal entity name shows under "Business Information":

The legal entity/business name under "Tax Information" is correct (Settings > Account Info > Tax Information).

Legal Business Name: **Sun Enterprises**

Additionally, I tried editing the information, but only the USA is available under the address country, and I'm Seller from India selling on amazon USA having established business address in India.

I don't understand why I'm facing this issue even after getting everything verified successfully.

Because of this mismatch, I'm not able to receive my disbursement since the legal entity name and account holder name do not match.

I've reached out to Amazon Customer Service multiple times, creating several case IDs, but they have failed to provide a resolution or even a proper response. They keep transferring our case to different departments that are unable to help with this issue. After transferring our case, these departments have not responded. Other Amazon CS teams have emailed us instructions on how to change the store name, which is unrelated to our concerns. I wonder if they even read the seller's emails, as they just randomly send instructions that do not address our issues.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to resolve this problem? Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....
