Hello, first of all, even though I sent an e-mail to the authorized places, I did not receive a call back even though I filled out the appointment hours twice. My 90-day period has expired. I sent a dark e-mail and an appointment was given to me. There was no call back during the e-mail hours twice. What should I do?
