Amazon account blocked
Hello,
I'm going through a complicated situation and I would like to know if anyone has been through something similar and could offer me some advice.
I live in Belgium and have my own brand of products imported from China. To facilitate sales, I hired an account administrator in the US who created the company at his local address. However, he has other companies and Amazon accounts associated with this same address.
Unfortunately, Amazon detected this and blocked my account, claiming that I had two or more seller accounts. I tried to contact Amazon through “Help”, but I didn’t get a response.
I am very concerned about this situation and I sincerely ask for your help. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any suggestions on how I can resolve this, I would be very grateful.
Thank you for your attention.

"he has other companies and Amazon accounts associated with this same address."
that alone is not a problem, since certainly each company sells a different kind of products.
the problem comes along if ONE of these accounts was suspended. Did Amazon mention that in their email? If yes, this "Account administrator" has to fix the suspended account and then your account can be activated too.

Hi @Seller_WxFinXbKBQLF4
Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing with a deactivated account and having issues getting assistance from Amazon.
"I tried to contact Amazon through “Help”, but I didn’t get a response."
Use of the help button would get you in contact with our Seller Support team. Since the account has been deactivated, you currently would not have access to that team due to the suspension. For assistance with this issue, you would want to contact our Account Health department by utilizing the Call Me Now button found on your Account Health page.
"Amazon detected this and blocked my account, claiming that I had two or more seller accounts."
In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated for policy violation. Due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.

"this "Account administrator" has to fix the suspended account and then your account can be activated too"
This is good guidance. One of the ways to get your account reinstated would for the account to which you are linked reactivated. You may need to rely on the third party for this. Should this other account be reinstated, you may then submit an appeal giving this information to our review team requesting the reinstatement of your account. If you are not able to prove reinstatement of the other account, you would need to submit an appeal showing how your account is not related to the other account.
"I hired an account administrator"
Since you are working with a third party, I would recommended investigating all of their activity within your account. You will want to explore what other accounts with which this third party could have had contact. You will also want to provide the nature of involvement with your account this entity had. When creating your plan of action, please consider the following:
- Does your third party still have access to the account?
- How did you first come into contact with them?
- What were their responsibilities?
- What access to the account did they have?
- Were they working with other accounts?
- How could information among the other accounts have been shared?
- Do they still have access to the account?
- What documentation can you provide to show their involvement (and when that involvement ended if applicable)?
- If you are no longer working with them, what information is still present within your account tying them to you?
Once you have determined the answers to these questions, you will then want to create and submit a plan of action that details the following:
- The results of your investigation
- Where, when, and what kind of information was shared between the two accounts
- How this contact will no longer take place in the future.
You may then want to consider providing any relevant supporting documentation in addition to this written explanation. Examples of this would be any licensing or contract documents with your third party, a dissolution of service document (if applicable), financial documents to show monetary transactions between yourself and the third party, and any other documents that may be relevant to your scenario.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
