Fba product weight wrong and Amazon won't reimbursement
Case ID: 16845616541
So I have a product and the weight of the package is .53 and when I sent it to Amazon they made a mistake and weight it over 1.2 so I was charged 5.60 , and it should be 3.60 for the Fulfillment fees. Amazon did two measurements and found out they had wrong weight and the correct weight is .52 Amazon denied reimbursement and change the fee to the right category can anybody take a look at it ? From Amazon

Greetings @Seller_E2a4eXE1ayCZc,
Based on your description, and investigating the issue further, it appears that the confusion is due to the difference between unit weight vs dimensional weight. Shipping weight is determined by the unit weight or dimensional weight, depending on size tier and whichever is greater. Dimensional weight is a calculation of the volumetric weight of a package, using the package’s length, width, and height. If you would like to read more, and conduct the calculations yourself, read through this Seller Central Help Page.
