Invoice- No Company Address- Could I add BOL
I'm buying from a big distributor. I bought an item that I need to get ungated for.
All of the info on the invoice is provided except for my company address (we arrange LTL pick up from them).
Amazon is rejecting my invoice because the address is missing from the invoice even though everything else is on there.
Would providing the shipment's BOL for that specific invoice with our delivery address solve this issue?

Do you have a letter of authorization to sell it? I would think that plus the invoice would be enough. However it also shouldn't be that hard to get the wholesaler to reprint your invoice with the proper company information.

In addition to what @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSxsays about authorization to sell, when people say "a big distributor" I ALWAYS ask why you didn't say 'from an AUTHORIZED wholesale source.'
There are a LOT of FAKE wholesalers out there ranging from places like Sam's Club, Costco, BJs Wholesale and others to all those Gray market providers touted on TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and other places.
Have you verified with the BRAND that your 'big distributor' is actually authorized to sell wholesale? One of my former suppliers was authorized to distribute over 100 brands BUT I could buy anything in the warehouse that they purchased for their retail store as well. I had access to over 1000 different UNauthorized brands that were all gray market items.
Just because a source has stuff doesn't make it an authorized source.

In general Amazon will require the invoice include all required information in order to be accepted. Without the information it is difficult to properly ensure that it matches your account information.
