Hi, I am trying to understand who can put pictures in the Product Description.

I buy products from a manufacturer. Let's call them "ABC Distribution". Other sellers buy from ABC Distribution too and sell on the same listing as me. The brand shows on the listing "ABC Distribution."

Another seller, let's call them Sally's Creations, uploaded pictures to the Product Description with their company logo in the pictures, so the pictures say "Sally's Creations."

My question is, did "Sally's Creations" claim to be the brand owner of "ABC Distribution's" products so now Sally's can add pictures to the product listing? OR can any brand owner add any pictures they want to a listing because they have "brand owner" privileges?

I've reported some of the listings to Amazon, but I never hear anything back and all the listings still show "sallys creations" on them.
