I've never came across such awful seller support in my entire existence. I don't even understand how seller support could be so bad. I mean, it is mind-blowing. You will quote policy and attach it with prior cases that have been resolved and they STILL find a way to not do the right. The degree of incompetence is mind-blowing. Something is wrong it just cannot be this awful.

Customer service is not a thing with Amazon and it is a I reason the forums have become a pseudo replacement for them (despite what the mods may think).
I think the primary thing that makes Amazon's customer service so bad is the utter lack of accountability; there are zero consequences for not knowing your job, doing a bad job, and or ignoring your job. I see associates closing cases just to close a case, no consequences when they did zero work.

FACT There is not any seller support! Everything from seller support/ AtoZ and Safe-T are all BOTS. This is exactly when when there are issues with listings we now close out inventory and move to ebay along with other markets we are now seeing higher prices and profits elsewhere.

It is all about maximizing profit and Amazons profit is AWS not the marketplace that's why AI BOTS are in charge as cost saving deny sellers and give buyers free programing. Had a case yesterday where a branded item was blocked because someone somehow changed it to Generic brand and the responses we got even with live chat we finally told them to F off and moved on we do not need Amazon we can sell items many other places so it is their loss keep up the good work driving sales back to other platforms. How prices are on Amazon we have been buying to mark up and sell retail.

We are slowly moving away from Amazon !
Just to difficult to work with, requires to much effort to get anything solved... Just constant useless AI responses that make Zero sense.
We have completely moved away from FBA now with all these monopolizing fees.
Walmart is much easier to work with and way more seller friendly !
