Amazon Tracking Rate Permanently Below 95% For Royal Mail Signed For Deliveries

I left EVRI 4 months ago and returned to Royal Mail and ever since my valid tracking rate has fallen below 95%. I am using the 'Signed For' delivery service, selecting this in dispatch information and entering the correct parcel reference numbers.

I am using the Domestic Shipping option and not Amazon's Shipping Setting Automation.

Is there any workaround to prevent the invalid tracking rates?.

TIA

Provided you are marking the transactions as despatched appropriately, you don't need to worry.

If you are using any Royal Mail service and Royal Mail forget to scan on delivery, even if signed for, then this will be marked down on VTR.

BUT, amazon state in their VTR help pages that for unscanned parcels, they will validate the authenticity of the tracking codes in the back end before stopping your ability to list in a category due to low VTR. So as long as your tracking codes are true and correct - you are OK

You will still get warning emails, but we used Royal Mail 48 for years, had a VTR of 80%, never got any listings removed.

Note you don't NEED to use a signed for service - provided you have a tracking ID, you could just used standard post (ie Royal Mail 48 etc)

The only exception to this is if it is a letter post - for those, you MUST use Amazon Buy Shipping.
