Can't find a way to offer Tracked 24 as a premium delivery

Morning, the tracked 24 option is greyed out.

I offered a premium service and bought my postage labels from Royal Mail website. This is only available on large letters (I sell greetings cards) but that was fine, it worked.

I faithfully copied and pasted the tracking into Amazon for each order. Lo and behold my VTR rate hit the floor and I can no longer offer the premium service.

I'm tearing my hair out, does anyone know how to manage this? Thanks in advance!

This might sound daft, but did you remove the spaces in the tracking number?

It's been reported on here that Amazon can't 'read' the number if they're there.

I was sending all of my ordered as Tracked 24. My On time delivery metric was hammered, because Tracked 24 doesn't always arrive next day 'as promised'.

Premium Delivery was removed by the bots, so when I sent my 'how to improve' begging explanation, I removed Scotland, NI, Channel Islands etc from Next DayPremium and put them on a Premium 48 instead. Or I will only offer England & Wales as a premium service.

hiya we do seller fulfilled prime and use tracked 24 for next day delivery, 99% arrive on time, we do have a business account and a daily collection maybe the collection speeds them through the system but we have never had a problem with bad delivery speeds, when we started ours was greyed out too,

to get the tracked 24 through buy shipping add your RM business account and get RM to add it to your portfolio and it will update in the buy shipping menu,

Amazon allow just 1 order to be late out of every 50 orders on 1-day or 2-day shipping.

You MUST send on time, and even if you do, and RM are late, that is your fault according to Amazon.

Tracked 24 is only ok for 2-day deliveries and even then, if it takes 3 days, maybe as going to a business address and cannot be delivered on a Saturday, so not tried to deliver, Amazon show that as late and your fault.

If you sell 49 Premium deliveries (as you have not reached 50), and 1 is late, then you are over their % and Premium shipping removed.

Even on 1-day delivery, if you send Special Delivery, if any late (over that 1 in 50), you can get Premium shiping removed.

It is virtually impossible to not get Premium removed unless doing high numbers and all sent Special delivery, even then 1 in 50 with an issue and still removed.

The only way we found it worked was 3 ways: (1) Use Royal Mail Tracked 24 automated, so everyone gets RM Tracked 24 on that ASIN. Charge postage in the price to cover that. Amazon estimate the delivery date as 1 to 2 days. (2) If you want to charge more, only offer 2 day shipping on Premium, but send all on Tracked 24, very few are late. Still sometimes an issue, but hopefully not more than 1 in 50. (3) Offer Seller Fulfiled Prime, all orders by 3.30pm, must be shipped that day, you have to offer a Saturday or Sunday shipping service as well. Usually RM Tracked 24 works ok.

It is also best to link your RM Account, and use Buy Shipping, so Amazon know shipped using Tracked 24.
