Compliance labelling requirements??
Can someone let me know if there are any specific labelling requirements for products which do not fall into a specific compliance category - i.e. not CE-marked, dangerous goods, liquid, for children, batteries, food, medical etc etc?
In other words, is there a minimum labelling requirement for simple products (for example an ab-roller or a resistance band) which is required for compliance? I do not mean Amazon product labels or EAN barcodes, I am referring specifically to product compliance in the US.
In the EU, all products need to have a sticker with the manufacturer's address and an EU representative on the outer packaging. I understand in the US it varies by state, but is there a basic compliance labelling requirement that you guys follow for all your products in the US?

You'll need to look up what the laws of the US are...that's your first line. *usually*, Amazon's labeling requirements are similar to US labeling laws.
