Brand registry applications are automatically rejected

For over six months I have been trying to enrol with Brand Registry. Every time I apply my application is rejected instantly by a robot. When I appeal (hoping for a human to review my case) I get the same automated rejection response.

I have read multiple blogs and videos on how to get brand registered, and have gone through my applications with a fine tooth comb.

My limited company was incorporated in 2018 and my brand was word trademarked here in the UK. My product is permanently branded, as is its packaging. I have provided invoices and contracts between my company and my manufacture. I don’t think Amazon is actually blocking me for anything to do with my application contents.

The only thing I can think of is my European selling accounts were deactivated by Amazon due to a technical error. Amazon seller support confirmed my accounts had always been in perfect health, so couldn’t understand why they had been deactivated, apologised and reactivated them. Are my brand registry applications being rejected due to that previous technical error?

I’m going insane pulling my hair out over this, and have never been able to get any humans at Amazon to help me 😩.

Has anyone got any advice? If you require any further information from me please let me know.
