I want to register a brand on Amazon, but I am not the owner of the brand, so "No, I do not own the trademark, but I have the authority from the trademark owner to represent and manage the brand." I will select the option. Now my question is, is it possible to register a brand that has not been registered on Amazon before, by obtaining permission or authorization in this way?

The option: No, I do not own the trademark but I have authorization from the trademark owner to represent and manage the brand" is typically used for sellers with vendor accounts.
As stated in the Eligibility Guidelines Brand Registry applications must be submitted by the trademark owner.
If you are an authorized agent, please have the trademark owner enroll the brand first, and add your account as an additional user.
