Updating Bullet Points in Bulk
Hello!
I am trying hard to following the instructions for updating my bullet points for 500+ listings. I downloaded my inventory report, I have the template to update, and I am following all the directions. However I keep getting the error "90008 Fatal. The file's header row is missing or invalid." The only change I am making to the header, is expanding the bullet points section by double clicking on it, and having it automatically add the 4 other bullet point blocks. The header is there when I upload the sheet, so I am unsure as to why I am getting this error.
What information is needed to just update the bullet points? Does anyone know how to update 5 bullet points without getting an error?
If anyone has any documentation that can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello @Seller_nTDvdPun50jLz,
Error 90008 fatal means that yes, your input file has invalid or missing header data. The header row is used by Amazon only and must not be modified or deleted. Do one of the following and then resubmit your feed:
- Fix the invalid data in your header row.
- Insert the correct header row directly above the column headings in your existing file.
- Go to Seller Help and download a new copy of the template to use.
I hope this helps, if not, I suggest you seek assistance by contacting Seller Support.

I figured it out. I was saving it as a CSV and not a regular excel file.
