Supplier sent in the wrong item to FBA
My supplier accidentally swapped labels and sent the wrong item (both items have different barcodes) to Amazon F.BA. When Amazon received the goods and scanned my items, they were added to the wrong inventory? ( I sell both items currently). I have been unable to get them to fix this. If I place a removal order, is there a way to get Amazon to remove only the mislabeled inventory? I see no way of doing this. Also what should my supplier do to rectify this? Nearly 500 units in total will have to be removed (correct items & wrong items comingled, as I know no way to separate them) . Thanks!

Sorry, but you're either going to have to live with customers getting the wrong item or removing all your inventory to check that they are labeled correctly.

Dominic from Amazon here. There is no way for Amazon to re-label the products as they do not have the insight into your product. I would highly recommend creating a removal order and removing those SKUs. Once returned to you you can re-label. In the future I would always recommend getting the items shipped to you so you can do a quality check and labeling.
