It says my German Amazon account health is excellent. And yet Prime on my german account is taken away. Since May I submitted several requests and had many chats and calls. They give me a general response and nobody can help. I received dover 30 computer generated messages saying "someone will look into it and I should wait for resolution". But since 5 May NOBODY looked into this. What can I do? I already chatted, send them emails, called them. its like a big black hole. All I want is that prime is reinstated on my German seller account. I have Prime on my UK account. PLEASE HELP!
