PSA: UPS no longer guarantees non Next Day Express shipments.
Found out the hard way. Spent the big bucks to ship item UPS 2nd Day. UPS shipped "ground" instead and missed delivery date by 2 days(2nd Day air took 4 days). I filed claim that was declined and they sent me this: "The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all UPS® shipments(except Next Day Air) from any origin to any destination." So yeah, I paid for express, UPS failed and kept the money. This is such blatant fraud I'm contacting our states attorney general. Anyhow, it seems all UPS Express shipments, except Next Day, are basically meaningless. Buyer beware.
