They want the URL (the link to) the policy page that cites the violation.
Here is the page that shows all of the policies links for you to find the one you need.
If you are in Amazon Brand Registry, then you can use this link to report a violation.

Thank you for your post. What @Seller_EkbLZUYSpmJEyhas posted is the correct location to search to report a violation.
If you click on Report Violations there is a list of all the different types and methods to report each one.
