Otp code errors
Hi , Is anyone seeing issues logging in with OTP codes (2 Step Verification)
All of sudden last 24 hours getting errors,
We have done a work around by using authentication app, but are stuck with it as Amazon appears not able to utilise or swap to texts which are more practical
We have cleared cookies etc and created cases.

Yes, same problem. I turned OTP off then all hell broke loose. I wanted to change to the App but couldn’t get it to work.

What you could do though is use authenticator app (we use google one) and make that preferred choice. So no texts
You can access your Amazon shopping account without OTP, so could turn it off, but as your email may be linked to your seller account it will switch off access to that account.
Before re entering your seller account you could just switch OTP back on via retail account,
