I've sent the passport and my bank statement more than 10 times and I added my signature on the bank statement but in my country passports don't include signatures and my account don't verify and it's gonna be closed

Thank you for the information provided regarding the documentation you are submitting for verification. In the requirements for documentation, it does seem as though the signature is a requirement for the documents to be accepted. If the documents are submitted without this, then they will be rejected.
