Can someone help, i am UAE Resident and Pakistani Citizen.

I have LLC Registered in US, at the time of sign up i provided my UAE ID and US Company details

i have provided them my UAE ID, UAE Statement, US Company Documents, and US Bank Account statement, still not accepted, what should i do?
