In order to better assist, we would need to know the reason for the deactivation. As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw states, we would need to see why the account was deactivated and would request you post that communication you have received regarding the account deactivation (with personal information removed).
This information would imply that the account may have been deactivated due to a negative balance. If you have paid the balance (and have received confirmation of payment), you will then want to submit an appeal showing you have paid the balance. Our appeals team will then evaluate your submission, and make their decision from there.
If you have an appeal already in progress, we would need to wait for the team to complete their review before taking further action. Please continue to monitor your Account Health and Performance Notification pages for further updates as they become available.
