Amazon account got deactivated due to no reason
Hi, I am a new Amazon seller created Amazon account 60 days ago during these days I have not done any kind of listing due to that the product I have is a gated product and I have to source this product from a brand this was a long process because we have to get invoices and pictures of product when I submitted the invoice and pictures i got a mail after 5 days that my amazon account has been deactivated. After that i called Amazon seller support and they asked me to write why you were late in listing I told him everything and submitted the application. After that I got a mail that my account has been deactivated due to section 3. I have not done any kind of listing and just asked for permission to sell there products. After that I again called them and the Amazon person asked me that I have no idea why your account has been deactivated please provide invoice, passport and sales tax invoice. I provided all of them and now got a mail that we have not enough information due to section 3 your account has been deactivated. Kindly please please guide me what to do. I am worried about it. How to reactivate account please help me. My account health is still healthy please help how to reactivate account.

Can you post the deactivation notice so that we know which part of section 3 you were deactivated for?

We're in agreement with @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD From the wording in the last email you shared, it sounds as though you didn't pass verification or Amazon couldn't verify whatever invoices and/or other documents you sent them.
Agreed. Amazon's last line of their email usually indicates a final decision.

It's a step away from a death sentence. Unless you can figure out what Amazon didn't like, the deactivation will be permanent.
It's looking doubtful anyone here can help you any further. We may be able to if you're willing to post the specific product and specific brand that you're trying to get approval for.
