On the 12th of December I created a removal order for my whole inventory. It should be shipped to the Netherlands where I want to sell the product on another platform. I paid nearly 2000 euro's for this. I didn't hear anything about it till half of January. I filed a case and they told me the inventory was returned. I already cancelled my German VAT number. So now my money is gone, and no-one is helping me at seller central support.
