Introducing the New Seller Forums Experience
We are excited to announce that we have begun rolling out the new Seller Forums experience, making it easier for you to connect with other sellers, find answers to your business questions, and engage with Amazon Community Managers. In addition to a new look and feel, we’re eager to share some of the enhancements, which you can see in our video on the Amazon Selling Partner Blog .
The new experience features:
A. Simpler navigation and search, allowing you to discover answers and discussions faster than before. Improved navigation allows you to get help and advice from other sellers, as well as Amazon Community Managers, that can help your business.
B. Voting features that allow you to indicate a post as helpful, not helpful, or to flag it for Amazon review. Original posters can also flag which response to their question was the most helpful. When you create a topic, you can also mark which response to your question “Has Most Helpful reply.” Paired with the new search functionality, you can now see which discussions the community feels are the most useful.
C. More visible Amazon responses, with improved navigation and search functionality to make it easier to find threads that have an Amazon response or solution.
D. Personalization, allowing you to choose to see more content from topics related to your business by selecting the relevant categories from your profile page.
E. An expanded team of Community Managers who directly engage with and support sellers. Community Managers share ideas and tips while ensuring conversations are relevant, inclusive, and helpful for all Forums users.
In early October, we began migrating selling partners to the new forums experience, and our team is continuing to launch new features and improvements based on your feedback. If you are a seller who is in the New Forum Experience, to learn more, visit our FAQs.

This is good news!
I realize that search features can be hard to program. The current search function in the forums is so bad that I use google as it is more context sensitive and pulls back more of what I am interested in. I am sincerely hoping that the new search is better.

Wyatt, it appears that your link to https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/faqs may still be a work in progress, as it is not (at least, for me) redirecting to the latest revision (2022-09-22T04:00:00Z) of the Amazon Seller Forums FAQ/Guidelines @ https://sellercentral.amazon.com/forums/faq - which at this time makes no mention of the NFE (“New Forum Experience”).
May I presume that this is an oversight?

Based on what I’ve heard so far … make sure I’m LAST!
A. Simpler navigation and search, allowing you to discover answers and discussions faster than before. Improved navigation allows you to get help and advice from other sellers, as well as Amazon Community Managers, that can help your business.
Unless you want that help to be private instead of sharing your mistake with everyone. Right? Or have PM’s been added?
HOLY CRAP! We learned before how much this DIDN’T WORK, but here we go again. This is what happens whenever newbies come along thinking they can improve things. Sorry but it’s the truth
C. More visible Amazon responses, with improved navigation and search functionality to make it easier to find threads that have an Amazon response or solution.
Basically repetitive of A.
D. Personalization, allowing you to choose to see more content from topics related to your business by selecting the relevant categories from your profile page.
So there will be a “Drop Shippers” category now? Kidding … maybe
E. An expanded team of Community Managers who directly engage with and support sellers. Community Managers share ideas and tips while ensuring conversations are relevant, inclusive, and helpful for all Forums users.
Sounds great at first … until it isn’t. And Amazon could have done this without changing the forums. JMO
I sure hope I’m wrong about all this, but somehow I doubt it
ETA, because no one I’ve heard from that has it is impressed at all.

Welcome to the new seller forums where NOBODY gets mod assistance. Without mod assistance and the useless seller support, all we’ll have is ourselves.
