Brand registry got rejected even though I am the only owner
I made seller account and gave a brand name
After 1 month, I applied for my trademark and then I applied for amazon brand registry as a pending trademark so that I can enroll my brand in brand registry to gain all the special features.
I am the only person to apply for that trademark and have checked USPTO and confirmed.
Amazon rejected my application saying it has already been enrolled? If that was the case how was I allowed to use the brand name at the first place?
I have all the proofs and requirements that I am the only one who has filed trademark for that word but Amazon rejected my application and when I replied on the same case showing Amazon the proof they said
"Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any additional information/documents for this application as this application has already been declined"
I would like to get help and more insights for this, anyone from Amazon can help? Or did I just lost more than 2k dollars for trademark registration, lawyer fees and most important my business growth potential on Amazon (Worth thousands of dollars).
All the associates told me that they cannot help with this

From what I can see after investigating, there is already another brand enrolled with the same brand name as yours. Brand Registry does take trademark from other offices outside of the USPTO so just checking there is not enough.
I've reached out to the enrollment team to double check this and will update you when hear back but to set expectations, their answer may not change.
