I’d like to share an issue with an inaccurate review we received on one of our products and ask for guidance on how to proceed.

An Amazon Vine user, who received the product for free, left a negative review stating that the carry loop detached while filling the bottle, causing it to fall and dent. However, the carry loop is designed to be used only with the lid on, which we clearly explain in the product video and is also logical based on its functionality.

This review may mislead other customers and unfairly impact the product’s reputation. I have reached out to Amazon to request a review, but I’d love to hear from anyone who has faced a similar situation. What steps do you recommend to get Amazon to take action?
