Put your account on vacation mode and do some research. No one is going to tell you who they use as their supplier or source.

It is getting more and more difficult to sell on Amazon. If you plan on selling someone else's brand, then you have to create a relationship with said brand and get their approval.

Good Evening @Seller_17lSyj2csZ0eD,

It sounds like your question is around best practices when sourcing products to sell on Amazon. I am sharing two help pages below that can help answer your question:

  1. Addresses Guidelines to source products to sell on Amazon
  2. Invoice requirements for when you apply to sell

These guidelines will also very depending on what category you would like to sell in. For certain products, brands, categories, and sub-categories, we require sellers to obtain approval before listing products. The approval process may include document requests, performance checks, and other qualifications. To learn more about that process click here.

Seller University would also be a great place for you to get started on your selling journey that way you can avoid unnecessary fees, confusion about how to add a product and be aware of penalties that may occur on your Selling Account if policies are broken.

If you are not a part of the New Seller Community, I would highly suggest joining and reviewing the content in that group as well.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding the information provided above. May the sales be with you and have a great rest of your week.

Cheers, Cooper_Amazon
