Absolutely no help from Amazon
I am incredibly frustrated at this point and just wanted to pour my frustration out to the world.
I have applied for Amazon seller ,account was actived.
Then suddenly my account got deactivated saying I have another account .Which I do not .
Now my account only can access area to "reactivate account" support area With 2 options.
1.Submit more files (done this 2 time now)
2. Ask for support to call you (done this 3 times) Have never received a call back just an automated email.
Support never called me or reached out in a human like email .absolutely no support .it's visible that ,account was blocked and now everytime i submit something it's just automatically send me the same or similar replies saying my account is still deactivated. Would have loved ro simply speak to someone human to understand what am I doing wrong and how to fix the issue.
I am just disappointed in Amazon .i just had just started getting ready list my first product ,but with the customer service like this is just making me wonder ,what if I have a problem down the road even if I did fix this issue. Again I would be ignored completely. That's a risky business situation.

I am still open to try to fix this problem, so if anyone knows a solution how this can be fixed and actually human being reached, feel free to let me know.

Just wanted to update !So I have received this now!
I truly do not understand logic of Amazon team. How can I submit "provide evidence that you have never held a separate account and that this deactivation was a mistake" If my account was not compromised as far as I know it and I do not have another account .
How can I submit something I do not have. This is absolutely ridiculous. Even here on the forum , again, zero support .

Latest update. Still receiving this every time I try to ask for call me assistance or submit anything again and again .

I truly don`t understand .
How can I submit something I don`t have ?
And if there is another account (Which I know nothing about) there is no way I could even fix it as Amazon is not calling me back to tell me anything and help me with anything.
Next stage of emotions have hit - Sadness .

I understand that your account is currently suspended as it is linked to another account.
Usually when this happens, you get a performance notification mentioning the name of the other account. Please review that and in case the name is same as yours, please check in case you created the same account in a different region.
By another region, I mean an account in a different continent, USA, Japan, Australia etc.
If you don't have an account in other regions, also check whether there could be a relation connected with an employee or family member who also have their own account. Did you work with them on your account?
You can review the name that was shared in the notification and compare it with information from employees, family, or third parties (if you're working with them) to make sure it isn't one of them.
This type of account suspension can only happen if a relation with another account has been found. Please double check all of the above so we can help you reactivate your account as quickly as possible.

It's advisable to request a callback in the same language as the country where you're selling like if you are selling in Germany then would be better in German. If you've already tried this, please disregard my comment.
