Lost package during shipping
Can anyone tell me what I should do if a item was shipped has some tracking but no details of delivery
Customer says she has not received package and asking for refund. I buy my shipping through Amazon and I know they usually take responsibility for package that are delivered but not received by the customer. But do they also take responsibility for packages lost during shipping since I paid for shipment through them?

Is it past the Estimated Time for Delivery for the order?
If not, then inform the customer that the item is in route and estimated to be there by (quote the last day in the estimated deliver by date on the order).
Since you shipped using Amazon Buy Shipping AND you shipped on time AND your package was scanned accepted on time, then you should direct the customer to file and A to Z claim for INR (Item Not Received).
If you shipped USPS, you can inquire as to where the package is. If you shipped USPS and insured the package, you can put in a claim on the insurance after 15 days from the date USPS accepted the shipment into their system.
