Payment failure and Ads campaigns have stopped delivering
Hello,
My ad campaigns have stopped delivering, and I am receiving the following error messages:
“There’s an issue with your payment method, and your campaigns have stopped delivering. Go to Billing for details.”
“Your campaigns have stopped delivering because there's an issue with your advertising billing account in Japan. To continue advertising without interruption, update your payment method in payment settings.”
We have conducted a thorough review of our payment method:
- Our seller account is set as the primary payment method, with a sufficient balance. The backup payment method is the credit card.
- We have ruled out any issues related to credit card limits; the limit is sufficient, and the card status is normal.
- We have contacted the bank and confirmed that the credit card linked to our account has successfully processed payments, with no unpaid orders. (Attached picture)
- Our products are valid and sellable, with the product listings active and in good standing.
- Our seller account health: In good standing, no violations. (Attached picture)
Currently, all payments related to my seller account, including advertising fee, warehouse fees etc., have been completed without any violations.
Meanwhile, I have conducted a thorough review of my Seller Account, including but not limited to the following:
- Account Health: In good standing, no violations.
- Operational Indicators: In good standing, no violations.
- Payment Status: Both deposit and charging methods are valid.
- Brand Registration: Registered and active in Amazon Brand Registry.
- Fulfillment: We use FBA, with a good shipment record and no violations.
As a newly registered seller on Amazon, we are fully adhering to all of Amazon's selling policies, and there are no violations on our Seller Account.
Despite confirming that payments have been successfully processed and all account aspects are in order, this error persists, my ad campaigns remain stopped, and my Amazon Advertising Account has been suspended.
I reached out to Amazon Advertising Support and was informed that an investigation is ongoing and that I should wait. However, I have not been provided with any explanation or timeline for resolution.
I urgently request your assistance in resolving this matter, as the suspension of my ad campaigns is significantly impacting my business. Any guidance or solutions to restore the delivery of my campaigns would be greatly appreciated.
