Any advice on an issue with a refunded A-Z claim Amazon state
The customer claimed an issue with delivery. Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee covered the cost of this claim on your behalf because you used Amazon’s Buy Shipping and the customer issue was outside your control
Now I read that as Amazon is covering the cost of the refund, yet on my disbursement page the refund has been deducted from my funds, and no credit for the same amount has been applied, am I misreading this?

I believe it just takes time to come through, someone else maybe able to advise the timescale.

Did you have a thank you letter from the customer with a picture of them holding the item which was also independently witnessed by a senior Amazon employee?
