Return Shipping Costs

hello all,

if a customer does not like a product or it does not fit and he wants to return it, I tought the customer has to pay the return shipping costs. But I only can fully refund the customer, I cannot find a way to reduce the refund.

Is this meant to be like that?

Depends what the return reason is and the category.

If its clothing or jewellery, then its free returns no matter what the reason.

Otherwise, it depends what return reason the customer chose.

In addition, in most cases the customer, if they open a return request gets a prepaid return label, then they are refunded at first scan.

So, you'll need to explain a little bit more to get the full answer.

Note - there will also be other rules depending on your location vs the customers delivery address.
