We are facing huge losses due to fraudulent orders from Rajasthan.

1. Customer places order and the address is always a public place. Near temple, near market etc.

2. The order status is out for delivery. It goes to status undeliverable

3. The undelivered order is returned to seller. But Surprisingly only the label is the same. But the package is completely different. Amazon secure package (This is where I am sure that the Amazon delivery guys are also involved in this scam)

4. The package contains a completely different scrap item.

5. If the customer did not receive the package, then it is definitely Amazon guys who is doing this fraud.

6. Safe-t claim is an eyewash, modt of the times it is rejected and even if granted, the seller does not receive the full amount lost.

7. Seller partner support does not help. They provide a standard answer to raise a safe-t claim after product is received.

8. All sellers need to reunite to diclose and bring attention to this scam happening in a large organised scale now in Jaipur Rajasthan.
