Personal account blocked linked to the seller account

Hello,

My personal account has been blocked due to alleged misuse of Amazon services.

I am currently in discussions with the OFM service for more information, but they are refusing to provide details.

Regardless of the reason, which I personally contest, the email address for access is the same as my seller account. Therefore, I do not have access to my seller account. I managed to unlock my account for 48 hours to edit my invoices.

During this time, I consulted Sellercentral support, who informed me that they did not see any blockage on my account.

The 48 hours have expired, and my access is restricted again. During the 48 hours, I followed the advice of Sellercentral experts and added a second email address to manage my seller account.

The issue is that the KYC has not been validated yet, and it has been 3 days (originally announced to take 24 hours to 15 days). Consequently, I have limited access to almost everything.

I would like to emphasize that my FBA and FBM store is still active despite the restricted access.

Do you have any recommendations on how to move forward with this situation?
