Amazon seller support doesn't have a phone number. Maybe you mistakenly called customer service?
You can ASK a call by creating a case and asking a call back.
But it is always recommended to create a case and writing an email. Like this you will have a proof of their answer.
Also, it's not necessary to really sell a product. Just listing it will give you an IP complaint. You are not allowed to list NIKE, Adidas and many other brands without a "Letter of Authorization" from that brand.

Pertaining to your specific case, trademarks are legal protections for a word, symbol, design, or combination of the same that a company uses to identify goods and services. While there might not be the brand, a specific word, or a symbol within the product detail page, it is possible for the trademark to present elsewhere on the listing.
Have you researched the provided trademark with the USPTO and WIPO? It is important to identify the exact trademark and compare it to your listing and product, depending on the type of violation shown in the Account Health page.
Which violation type did you receive?
- Trademark or Counterfeit infringement on the product or packaging, or
- Trademark or Counterfeit infringement on the product detail page
For the trademark infringement on the product or product packaging, you will want to provide an invoice or other documents that proves the authenticity of the item. For a trademark on a product detail page, you will need to update the product detail page to no longer include that trademark prior to submitting your appeal.

Alternatively, if you are referring to the Account Health team and the Call Me Now feature present on professional selling accounts, I do suggest trying basic troubleshooting steps for any errors encountered when attempting to request a call from that team.
- Clear cookies and caches.
- Disable any running scripts.
- Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.
- Restart the browser.
- Try calling from a different browser.
- Try using incognito mode of browser for calling
- Check for internet connectivity issue and if possible use a different service provider.
