Identity Verification Failed Multiple Times – All Documents Correct – Need Guidance
Hello,
My account is currently at risk of deactivation due to an Identity Verification (Reverify) requirement. All other verifications have been successfully completed:
• ✅ Phone Verification
• ✅ Bank Account Verification
• ✅ Address Verification
• ✅ Tax Verification
I have submitted a valid Israeli passport, matching the exact name and address used in my Seller Central account and banking documents.
Despite submitting clear and correct documentation, I continue to receive messages saying my verification failed. I’ve also submitted a support case and was told to wait while the Selling Partner Support team reviews it — but I haven’t received any concrete feedback on what is wrong or missing.
My business is ready to launch, and I am fully compliant with all Amazon requirements. I would deeply appreciate any help or guidance from fellow sellers or moderators who have experienced similar verification issues.
Has anyone gone through this and successfully resolved it?
Any tips on what else I can do to move forward?

do you have a CREDIT card as charge method? Not debit, not prepaid. From a REAL bank and not from a payment provider.

You can't SEND a credit card. You have to put it in your "Charge Method".

My name is CR and wanted to jump in here. Thank you for the information as well as the case # here. From what I can gather it looks like you have a remaining verification needed for the INFORM Consumers Act, but are stuck in a loop where you cannot submit information for that identity reverification? Is that right?
