My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post.
After review, case ID provided it shows the case was closed by you. Usually, when the case is closed by the seller linked to a Brand Registry application, it puts the application in pending mode. (Which is what you are experiencing).
I have raised a request to the Brand Registry team to manually decline your case in order for you to submit a new application.
Usually it takes roughly 5-7 business days for the team to manually decline the case. I will send you an update once the team responses and takes action.
