Brand Registry for different markets
Hello,
I have registered trademark at EUIPO. I would like to sell at Amazon EU(UK;DE,FR,ES;IT etc.) and Amazon US markets (US;CA,MX). Do I need to register a separate trademark in the US trademark office or should my trademark work fine that I registered in EU IPO? Also, do I need to fill separate Brand Registry applications for each European market or one application (for example in amazon.co.uk) is enough to have Brand Registry benefits in all European markets?

Hello @Seller_DOMBMbIGG6z2i
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.
To access Amazon Brand Registry tools and services in other stores, all you will need to do is create an Amazon Brand Registry account using a unique email address in each store you wish to access.
The administrator of the Brand Registry account will need to submit a request to add that new email account as an additional user by visiting the Brand Registry Support page.
However, if you would like to further protect your brand in other stores, for example in cases of reporting IP infringement through the Report a Violation tool, you will need to have a registered trademark in each store in order to report. If you have a EUIPO trademark, but want to report IP infringement in the US, you should have a USPTO registered trademark.
If you just want access to tools and services, you will not need trademarks registered for each store.
I hope this answers your question! Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Best,
Sandy
