UPS GROUND SAVER not showing up as a shipping option
I no longer see UPS GROUND SAVER as an option for any order in the last week. I re-linked my UPS account as instructed by Amazon and do see other UPS options. I opened a case with Amazon and was transferred twice and then was told to contact UPS. Any one else have this issue currently? I know that it is not offered for PO/FPO/APO now - none of my orders go there.

I fixed my issue. I have never had my UPS account linked in Amazon, but I got that email everyone got saying I needed to re-link it by the 31st. So I did. That removed the UPS Ground Saver option. It also made all the UPS rates ridiculously expensive. I went back and "un-linked" the account and I see everything as before.
That email was poorly worded and confusing and unnecessary for me. I should have just ignored it.

I was able to purchase UPS GROUND SAVER via SHIP STATION - no problem. This seems to be an issue in Amazon's connection to UPS.

They just sent out an email that "UPS SurePost is now available", acting like it's some new service that they are offering. It's really confusing, but it seems that they changed UPS Saver back to the old UPS SurePost name and are acting like it's a new service. I notice that it's still listed as UPS Saver on Veeqo.
