Amazon Ground Shipping item damaged during transit
I started to use Amazon own shipping service. One of the package shows "Package was damaged and will be returned." What should i expect next for this order? Will Amazon refund the customer after the item returned back to me? or I just send out a replacement? Will Amazon reimburse me for the original shipping cost?
