Amazon, Please Compare Delivery Date on "Item Arrived Late" Claims
I just had a customer submit a Return Request with the reason code "Item arrived too late." Item arrived on the first day of the "Deliver By" window. Is it not possible to have a programmer create a simple check on this and remove this as a reason code if delivery was within the "Deliver By" window?
