No Buy Box Featured Offer - New Launch
Hello!
We've just activated our first product. We are a Professional Seller with available FBA inventory and below-market price. Despite this, we don't have Buy Box. This makes the launch impossible to be successful. Can anyone from Amazon Support help?
Generic advice is not expected.

Hello
You'll get the Buy Box when you get it. Especially as a new seller, this can take weeks to months. Even the Amazon seller service can't help. Just make your listing as good as possible and be patient.

I recently read that approximately 2.500 new retailers try their luck on Amazon every day. However, the majority fail sooner or later and eventually give up, and this trend is easy to observe.
Gone are the days when it was relatively easy to make quick money on Amazon.
Today, it doesn't matter who you are. Even as a large corporation, you're just one of countless sellers on the platform.
To succeed on Amazon, you need to thoroughly understand the platform’s rules, and that often comes only through your own experience. There is no universal formula for success, and as soon as you think you’ve figured out Amazon’s system, it will prove you wrong.
Winning the BuyBox is not about offering the lowest price or having a good reputation. Too many factors (many of them unknown) play a role in determining who gets it.
Amazon doesn’t care whether you succeed with your product or not, that’s simply not their concern.
You’ll also face competitors who are already effectively marketing similar products, which makes it even harder to gain a foothold.
For newcomers, the best approach is to start with straightforward buying and selling to learn how Amazon works, and only then branch out into selling your own products. Based on my experience, this is the most viable path forward.

What we observe is a complete scam and manipulative business practices from Amazon towards new sellers. Directly throwing lies like FBA - inbound inventory at your seller cost - to later block the product visibility.
It should be brought to legal authority as an anti-competitive issue, and damage or prejudice to small businesses
