Account Deactivated With ID verified ???

My account is deactivated under inform act ( ID Verification ) and we have e mail from Amazon that ID have been verified and info added to the account. 5 years ago we started to sell in other regions and amazon asked for passport which was provided and verified.

My question is WHY amazon would deactivate a account where identity has been verified multiple times, Screen says "Account deactivated, Click here to Activate, when click on Activate , Error message comes up "Something went wrong, please try again later."

How do you resolve this situation. Amazon performance team is working on this issue from last 3 weeks without any update.

any suggestions?
