EPR - LUCID and dual system
Hi,
There is new company that have been registered in LUCID system in order to get LUCID number.
Unfortunately, due to Amazon account registration issues this company will have no sales this year.
So we will report 0 values in LUCID system for 2023.
But what should we do with System Operator? Do we have to register there and also report 0 values, o it's not necessary?

yes, first you put 0 values in System Operator and then the same value 0 to Lucid System, in this row.
ofcurse its necessary.
