We want to send our products to the Amazon warehouse in Germany, for the first time. The problem is that we dont know which document to issue in order to send our inventory from our warehouse in Serbia to the Amazon warehouse in Germany? If we issue invoice - who act as buyer of our inventory?

if you want to transfer your goods to the Amazon warehouse, this works like a delivery to another shop in another country in accounting terms.
If you store your goods in the warehouse in Germany, you will need a German VAT number, which you can obtain from the responsible office in Munich. This is because storing your goods in another country means you have tax obligations in that country.
