Account got suspendid with the reason of section 3
Hi, I am new seller at Amazon and recently ship my inventory to amazon which is in receiving status and my account got suspended with no reason. I recently get re-verified myself and now it get deactivated with no reason . I communicate with representative and they are like we cant find any reason for this suspension. She told me to submit Plan of action and clarify your selling history that is 0 yet because I m new seller and have No order

Since you are a new seller and this is your first account, this suspension is related to your activities in this short time OR your activity as customer, if you own a customer account. You are accused of deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity that harms customers or other sellers.
That could be many things: getting free products for reviews and ratings, paying for ratings/reviews for you or competitors, buying the stock of competitors, clicking the ads of competitors, edit listings that you didn't create, attempt to take over listings, selling fake products on other's listing, introducing forbidden backend keywords in competitors listing aiming the deactivation of it..... and many more.
Amazon will not respond to further communications. When your inventory will be checked in, try to create a removal order for at least not loosing your products. BUT - if these products are fake brands like NIKE or Adidas Amazon will destroy them and this would explain also the suspension.

What you have posted is a response and NOT the original message.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.
