Missing Inbound Shipment - 50 units - no response from AMZ
HI,
We are missing 50 units from shipment FBA18JZ5M994, case 17089183681. Case has been opened since January 27, 2025. There has been no reply or resolution yet. We already included the invoices on the said case. We also tried to follow up through chat but there's no resolution still.
Looking for help here. Anyone, please?

I just took a further look and do see that the internal team is actively investigating this situation within case 17414265681 - great to see! Now, I do need that team to finish their review and the case to close before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed depending on those results.
